Welcome to Avalon studio..
In 2024 I was inspired to write a song which has led me down this path I'm now on. It feels as though this was always going to be my destiny. It feels almost unreal but at the same time so natural .
The result I believe of the steady work i have been carrying out on myself for the last 10 years. Finding comfort in a Buddhism and living closer to nature through my shamanic and herbalism study.
I draw on all my life experiences from my early days in the RN through to early retirement from the Police service for PTSD .
Now drawing on this rich history and my understanding of quantum physic's Greek philosophy, Zen Buddhism.
I also specialize in energy healing through shamanic practices such as soul retrieval, ancestral healing, and Amadeus Reiki.
My sessions work with energy in the quantum field can bring revelations and healing to the deepest parts of your being. The Shamanic approach can help with anxiety, depression, addiction, and chakra imbalances.
